The rules of the build path.
Battle Mark is a business name operated by BELL'S XACT TRANSPORT PTY LTD, ABN 37 698 541 178. These terms explain the enquiry, scope, timing, approval, and payment position for Battle Mark website builds.
Website build enquiries
Submitting a build brief starts an enquiry. It does not create a confirmed project, payment obligation, guaranteed start date, or final scope until Battle Mark reviews the brief and confirms the next move.
Packages and scope
Basic is a one-page build with one tightening round. Standard covers up to 5 core pages or page sections with two tightening rounds. Premium covers up to 8 core pages or campaign sections with two tightening rounds and a launch-readiness pass. Extra pages, ecommerce, booking systems, ads, member areas, custom apps, advanced integrations, hosting or email changes, legal copy, and ongoing uploaded-file storage without a care plan are quoted separately.
Prices and payment
Published prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless a quote states otherwise. Basic is $997 AUD incl. GST. Rush Basic is $1,497 AUD total incl. GST. Standard is $2,497 AUD incl. GST. Premium is $4,997 AUD incl. GST. Care plans are optional monthly support. Payment method, invoice details, start conditions, and any deposit or balance timing are confirmed before work starts.
Care plans
Care Plan includes a basic monthly website health check, contact form check, up to 30 minutes of small text or image updates each month, support for small fixes, and ongoing storage for uploaded logo, photos, and build files. Care Plan Plus includes everything in Care Plan, up to 60 minutes of small updates each month, stronger enquiry path checks, light content tightening, and higher-priority support. New pages, redesigns, ecommerce, bookings, ads, custom integrations, legal copy, and major changes are quoted separately.
Timing
Delivery timing starts only after the project is ready to begin, including clear business details, assets, scope, approval contact, and start conditions. Basic can take up to 2 days after readiness. Standard can take 5 to 7 business days after readiness. Premium timing is confirmed after scope review. Rush Basic may be offered as a paid priority option before work starts.
Review and changes
Each package includes the review rounds stated for that package. Additional changes, new requirements, late scope changes, or work outside the agreed package may require a separate quote before work continues.
Client material
The client is responsible for supplying accurate business details, text, images, proof, permissions, brand assets, and any legal or regulated wording needed for their business. Battle Mark uses uploaded files for the build. Ongoing storage for any uploaded files is only included for customers who purchase a care plan.
Consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Services will be provided with due care and skill, and any issue will be handled in line with applicable consumer guarantee rights.
Publishing position
No website is published publicly until the required content, approved legal details, domain review, payment setup, and final launch approval are ready.
