Who handles the information
Battle Mark handles website build enquiries for the legal operator BELL'S XACT TRANSPORT PTY LTD, ABN 37 698 541 178.
Information collected
The build brief form can collect contact details, business details, website goals, project instructions, assets, proof points, preferred features, budget range, timing needs, and any notes supplied by the person submitting the form.
How it is used
The information is used to review the website build request, understand the business position, prepare scope, reply to the enquiry, quote or confirm the next move, and shape the requested Battle Mark website build.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are collected through Netlify Forms for the Battle Mark website project and emailed to the approved Battle Mark mailbox. Email, documents, project folders, and website tools may also be used to respond to and manage the enquiry.
Uploaded files
Uploaded logos, photos, brochures, reviews, and brand files are used to review and build the website. Ongoing storage for any uploaded files is only included for customers who purchase a care plan.
If care is cancelled, stored upload copies are available for retrieval for 30 calendar days after the paid care period ends. If care is suspended for missed payment, the 30 days start on the confirmed suspension date. We confirm the deadline by email. After that window, stored copies may be removed. This does not remove files used by your live website. See the care terms for payment, suspension and retrieval details.
Address search
As you type in the address field, the address search text is sent through our Netlify-hosted service to Geoapify to return suggestions. This happens before you submit the build brief. The lookup does not send your other form fields to Geoapify or request your device location. You can enter an address manually when suggestions are unavailable. See Geoapify's privacy policy.
Sharing
Battle Mark does not sell enquiry information. Information may be shared only where needed to review, quote, build, support, protect, or administer the website project, or where required by law.
Access and correction
A person who submits a build brief can contact Battle Mark to ask about the information supplied, request a correction, or ask for enquiry details to be removed where it is reasonable and lawful to do so.
